No. Upload a drawing or describe the part; you get files your machine shop, CAD package or 3D printer can use.

Yes. It is a solid, not a mesh or flat 2D lines, so Fusion 360, SolidWorks, Onshape, FreeCAD or any instant-quote service can open and edit the file.

Four steps, all by email and in your browser:

1. Upload. Click Convert a drawing, enter your email and drop in a PDF or image of your drawing. A free check confirms we can build the part.
2. Preview. When your part is ready, we email you a link to its preview page: the 3D model to look around, and a quality report checking every dimension against your drawing.
3. Buy. If the model is right, click Buy this 3D Model. Your price is on the button: one payment, secure checkout, no subscription.
4. Download. A second email links to your download page: the STEP file in millimetres and inches, the STL, and the quality report as a PDF. Your files stay available for 12 months.

Yes. The preview page shows the 3D model and the quality report first. Nothing is charged until you choose to buy.

Every view on your drawing is compared with the same view of the model, and every dimension is checked. The quality report shows the result on your preview page. If the drawing leaves something out, our AI will reach out and ask you.

Any drawing of a single part, as a PDF (2 pages max), JPG or PNG up to 10 MB. Old prints, scans and photos work if the views and dimensions are legible. Assemblies, freeform surfaces and drawings with missing views are not supported yet; the free check tells you before you pay.

A STEP file in your drawing’s units and another in the other units (millimetres or inches), an STL for 3D printing, and a quality report as a PDF that checks every dimension on your drawing against the model.

Your download page stays available for 12 months after you buy. Keep your own copy of the files.

You see the model and the quality report before you buy, so check them first. If you find a problem after buying, email support@partwork.ai and we will look into it.

A drawing is a one-time payment per part, priced by how much is on the drawing, and shown before you pay. The Studio starts with free trial credits. No subscription for either; see the pricing page for details.

Each modelling step in the Studio costs credits, shown before the step runs. Trial credits are free; after that you buy packs as you go, and credits never expire.

Yes. Email support@partwork.ai with how many drawings, what kind of parts and when you need them, and we will quote the batch.

Describe a part in plain English and the Studio builds it as solid geometry with exact dimensions. Change it by chat, then export STEP, STL or 3MF. It works on phone, tablet and desktop.

Yes. Upload and view STEP, STL, OBJ, IGES, BREP, DXF or GLB files free in your browser. Sign up (free) to download a converted file.

Yes. Your drawing is never used to train AI and never sold, and it is deleted after 90 days, or sooner if you ask.

Your designs and prompts are never used to train AI and never sold. Parts you make stay in your account, and files you upload to the Studio are deleted after 30 days.
