Embed Viewer License

Last updated: August 4, 2026

This license governs use of the PartWork.ai embeddable 3D viewer widget (the “Widget”) — the loader script at cdn.partwork.ai/viewer and the viewer it mounts. By embedding the Widget on a website or application (“your site”) you agree to these terms. It is in addition to our Terms of Service.

Free tier — what you may do

The Widget is free to embed on any number of pages and sites, including commercial ones. You may size it, place it, and style it with the documented data-* options.

Attribution is required

The free tier displays a small “Powered by PartWork.ai” link inside the Widget. As a condition of the free license you must not hide, remove, obscure, cover, restyle to illegibility, or disable that link, and it must remain clickable to https://www.partwork.ai (a normal, followable link). Attempting to strip the attribution — in markup, CSS, script, or by intercepting the request — terminates this license and may disable the Widget for your domain.

White-label (remove the attribution)

Want the Widget without the “Powered by PartWork.ai” link, or with your own branding? A white-label license is available. Contact us for pricing. Only a white-label license permits removing the attribution.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the Widget to host or distribute unlawful, infringing, or malicious content; don’t attempt to overload, scrape, or abuse the conversion/upload service behind it; and don’t misrepresent the Widget as your own product. Usage limits and abuse protections apply.

Uploads & files

Viewing and uploading are free. Downloading a manufacturable file (STEP/STL/3MF) is a paid action that uses credits in PartWork Studio. Files uploaded through the free viewer are processed to render and convert them and are subject to our Privacy Policy.

No warranty; changes

The Widget is provided “as is,” without warranty. We may update the Widget and these terms; material changes will be reflected by the date above. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
