Welcome

Learn how to design 3D parts using natural language. Get started in seconds!

Introduction

PartWorkAI is an AI-powered CAD tool that lets you create and modify 3D parts. Use familiar CAD tools like sketch, extrude, fillet, and chamfer — or type natural language commands. Either way, AI handles the geometry.

How It Works

All 3D modeling operations are powered by AI. When you use tools like Extrude or Fillet, the system generates geometry from your inputs. You get the precision of traditional CAD with the flexibility of natural language — no manual prompt writing required.

Quick Start

New to PartWork AI? Jump straight to the Quick Start Guide to create your first part in seconds.

Works on Any Device

PartWorkAI is 100% cloud-based. There's no software to install, no plugins, no files saved locally — just open your browser and start designing. Everything is saved to the cloud in real-time, so you can switch devices instantly without missing a beat.

Desktop

Optimized for mouse and keyboard with a spacious layout. Large 3D viewport, docked tool panels, and side-by-side chat. Works on Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.

Mobile & Tablet

A true mobile-first experience — not a scaled-down desktop. Touch-optimized controls, gesture-based navigation, and an interface designed for smaller screens.

Switch Devices Instantly

Start a design on your desktop, pick up your phone, and keep working on the same part right where you left off. No syncing, no exporting, no waiting — just open PartWork AI on any device and your latest work is already there.

Full Power Everywhere

This isn't a "lite" mobile version. Every tool, every feature, every capability is available on every device. The interface adapts to your screen — the power stays the same.

What You Can Do

Use Familiar CAD Tools

Sketch, extrude, revolve, fillet, chamfer, hole — use the tools you know. The AI interprets your intent and creates precise geometry.

Or Type Natural Language

Prefer to describe what you want? Just type it. "Add two mounting holes near the corners" works great.

Import Existing Files

Upload STEP, IGES, or DXF files. Modify imported parts using the same tools or natural language.

Export for Manufacturing

Download STEP files for CNC machining or STL/3MF for 3D printing. Ready for production.

Two Ways to Work

Choose the approach that fits your workflow — or mix and match:

Using Tools

Click Sketch to draw a profile, then Extrude to make it 3D. Click Fillet to round edges. The AI generates the geometry from your tool inputs.

Using Natural Language

Or just type what you want:

Create a 2 inch cube
Add a 0.5 inch hole through the center of the top face
Fillet all edges with 0.125 inch radius

Both approaches use the same AI engine. Your full history is saved, so you can go back to any version at any time.
